Talent Acquisition Coordinator

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from understanding hiring needs and developing effective sourcing strategies to screening, interviewing, and coordinating candidates through the hiring process. In addition to traditional recruiting activities, this role places a strong emphasis on proactive and intentional candidate sourcing, identifying, researching, and engaging qualified talent through targeted outreach, networking, market research, and creative sourcing strategies rather than simply posting positions and waiting for applicants.
