Litigation Support - Case Manager, eDiscovery & Litigation Support

Position: Case Manager, eDiscovery & Litigation Support Purpose of the role: The Case Manager serves as the primary operational lead for assigned litigation and eDiscovery matters, providing end-to-end operational leadership of electronic discovery and litigation support workflows under lawyer supervision. Working collaboratively with lawyers, clients, external service providers, and a team of litigation support professionals, the Case Manager applies legal, technical, and project management expertise to support complex matters, optimize workflows, and deliver efficient, high-quality client service. Operating at the intersection of law, technology, and data, the Case Manager leverages eDiscovery analytics, AI-enabled technologies, and industry best practices to enhance efficiency, quality, and consistency of review and analysis processes while maintaining appropriate legal oversight, quality controls, confidentiality, and professional standards.
